PREPARATION
In the
mixing the jars add onion(1), tomato, garlic and ginger.
To the pan
add oil. Add fennel seeds and onions(1) fry it well until turns into crispy
golden brown color.
Then add
curry leaves, green chilli and ginger garlic paste. Later add the mixture of
tomato and onion. Add salt accordingly. Let it fry until the raw smell is gone.
Add Grace Bafat Masala and pinch of
turmeric powder. Fry it well. Add the boiled eggs(sliced) to this mixture. Add
water if required. At the end add ghee and coriander leaves on the top.
Egg Masala
is ready to eat.
