PREPARATION
To the pan
add oil, mustard seeds and jeera. When the mustard seeds start to pop up add
green chilly, garlic, ginger and curry leaves. Let it fry for a while. To this
add onions and salt. Fry it until the onions turn into golden brown color. To
this add tomato. Fry it well. Let the raw smell of tomato vanishes. Then add
Grace Bafat Masala. Fry it well. Add coriander leaves and water. Let it boil
for few minutes.
RASAM ready
to serve.!!
