EGG MASALA #2
INGREDIENTS:
EGGS
ONIONS
TOMATO
GINGER
GREEN
CHILLY
GARLIC
GRACE BAFAT
MASALA(2 spoon)
CURRY
LEAVES
CORIANDER
LEAVES
OIL
SALT
PREPARATION:
To the pan
add oil. After that add garlic, curry leaves, chillies and onions. Fry the
mixture until onions get crispy golden brown color. Then add tomato. Add salt
and Grace Bafat Masala as well as pinch of turmeric powder accordingly. Fry it
well for few minutes. To this add boiled eggs. Pour little water, let t boil
for few minutes. When the oil is seen on top it means its ready to serve.
