Coorg Pork Masala - An authentic dish of Coorg ( Madikeri, Karnataka, India )
Ingredients:
Finely Chopped Pork -1kg
Finely Chopped Onions -3
Finely Chopped Green Chilies - 4
Garlic -15
Ginger - Small piece
Curry leaves
Cinnamon-1 inch, cloves- 5, Green Cardamom-1
Turmeric, Tamarind / Kachampuli
Coorg Pork Masala - 3 tsp
Preparation:
In a container add chopped pork,onions, chilies, garlic, ginger, smashed cinnamon, cloves and Green Cardamom, turmeric powder ( half tsp), Tamarind water as well as salt as per the taste. Boil it for half an hour.
After that add Coorg Pork masala and curry leaves stir contentiously for 10-15 min in a low flame. Authentic Coorg Pork Masala ( Pandhi Curry) is ready to serve.
