Coorg Pork Masala

Coorg Pork Masala - An authentic dish of Coorg ( Madikeri, Karnataka, India )


Ingredients

Finely Chopped Pork -1kg 

 Finely Chopped Onions -3

Finely Chopped Green Chilies - 4

Garlic -15

Ginger - Small piece

Curry leaves

Cinnamon-1 inch, cloves- 5, Green Cardamom-1

Turmeric, Tamarind / Kachampuli

Coorg Pork Masala - 3 tsp

Preparation:

In a container add chopped pork,onions, chilies, garlic, ginger,  smashed cinnamon, cloves and Green Cardamom, turmeric powder ( half tsp), Tamarind water as well as salt as per the taste. Boil it for half an hour.
After that add Coorg Pork masala and curry leaves stir contentiously for 10-15 min in a low flame. Authentic Coorg Pork Masala ( Pandhi Curry) is ready to serve.

EGG MASALA #2


INGREDIENTS:


EGGS
ONIONS
TOMATO
GINGER
GREEN CHILLY
GARLIC
GRACE BAFAT MASALA(2 spoon)
CURRY LEAVES
CORIANDER LEAVES
OIL

SALT

PREPARATION:

To the pan add oil. After that add garlic, curry leaves, chillies and onions. Fry the mixture until onions get crispy golden brown color. Then add tomato. Add salt and Grace Bafat Masala as well as pinch of turmeric powder accordingly. Fry it well for few minutes. To this add boiled eggs. Pour little water, let t boil for few minutes. When the oil is seen on top it means its ready to serve.

Multi Grain Badam Drink


RAGI BADAM NUTRIDRINK


INGREDIENTS


RAGI BADAM NUTRIDRINK POWDER
MILK
SUGAR/ JAGGERY
SALT
DRY FRUITS

PREPARATION


In the bowl pour  2 Glass of milk, 1 glass of water. To this add 1spoon of RAGI BADAM NUTRIDRINK POWDER. After mixing it well boil it. Add sugar/ jiggery and pinch of salt. Let it boil. Stir continuously so that the mixture doesn’t stick together. Add fruits at the end.
Healthy and Tasty drink ready.

Serve hot or cold.

RASAM

TOMATO RASAM

GREEN CHILLY-1
GARLIC-4
MUSTARD SEEDS
JEERA
CURRY LEAVES
CORIANDER LEAVES
OIL
SALT
GRACE BAFAT MASALA

 PREPARATION

To the pan add oil, mustard seeds and jeera. When the mustard seeds start to pop up add green chilly, garlic, ginger and curry leaves. Let it fry for a while. To this add onions and salt. Fry it until the onions turn into golden brown color. To this add tomato. Fry it well. Let the raw smell of tomato vanishes. Then add Grace Bafat Masala. Fry it well. Add coriander leaves and water. Let it boil for few minutes.

RASAM ready to serve.!!

FENNEL SEEDS
GRACE BAFAT MASALA(2 spoon)

CORIANDER LEAVES

GHEE
SALT





PREPARATION

In the mixing the jars add onion(1), tomato, garlic and ginger.
To the pan add oil. Add fennel seeds and onions(1) fry it well until turns into crispy golden brown color.
Then add curry leaves, green chilli and ginger garlic paste. Later add the mixture of tomato and onion. Add salt accordingly. Let it fry until the raw smell is gone. Add Grace Bafat  Masala and pinch of turmeric powder. Fry it well. Add the boiled eggs(sliced) to this mixture. Add water if required. At the end add ghee and coriander leaves on the top.
Egg Masala is ready to eat.

INGREDIENTS

CHICKEN-1/2 kg
POTATO(large)
TOMATO(large)
GREEN CHILLY-2
GARLIC-5
ONIONS-3(large)
GINGER
TURMERIC POWDER
CENTURY CHICKEN MASALA(2 spoons)
CURRY LEAVES
CORIANDER LEAVES
OIL
GHEE
SALT

PREPARATION

Take a pan add 4 spoons Coconut oil. To this add green chilly, garlic and curry leaves.
Fry this mixture for few seconds. To that add onions. Let the onions turn into crispy golden brown color. Later add Tomato.  To this add Chicken (large pieces) and Potato( horizontally sliced). Add salt accordingly. Add ghee to this mixture and fry it on high flame for 5 min. Add Century Chicken Masala and mix it well. Add water and let it boil until the water dried. Finally add Coriander leaves on the top. Potato Chicken Dry Ready to Serve.
